The original site had no database and an extremely inefficient setup, making it difficult for users to find their favorite products. Products were poorly shot and content was confusingly set up, requiring users to move around the site to learn more about products. The shopping cart was outdated. A separate plastic surgery site was not integrated into the whole, leaving the user with an incomplete idea of the doctor's personality and brand.

AFTER
Worked with photographer to shoot entire new series of product photos; created new information architecture and worked closely with copywriter on updated and enhanced content; managed redesign that allows for better promotion of products and doctor herself; oversaw technical team building the database and site; relaunched site in time for holiday shopping period.
